Air Separator

An air separator is a device that uses air or fluid currents, and sometimes centrifugal force, to separate components of a mixture. There are two main types: those that remove dissolved air and gases from water systems (like hydronic systems), and those that separate materials in waste or industrial processes based on density, often using air flow. Air separators also exist as large industrial units for producing pure gases like oxygen and nitrogen from air through cryogenic distillation.
